Terms of Use

By using Sukoon, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our services.

No Account Required

Sukoon works without an account. Your subscription is linked to your device, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Subscriptions & Payments

In-App Purchases

All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store/Google Play Store. Payment details are handled entirely by Apple/Google and are never shared with us.

Subscription Management

Subscription status is managed via RevenueCat, which validates receipts and determines your access to premium features. RevenueCat does not receive any personal or financial information.

Billing & Renewals

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Billing, renewals, and cancellations are governed by Apple's/Google's terms.

Refunds

Refund requests should be directed to Apple or Google through the App Store/Play store. We do not process refunds directly.

Pricing Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable notice. Any price changes will not affect your current billing period.

Acceptable Use

Using Sukoon

When using Sukoon, including AI guidance, mediation sessions with another person and Conflict Arena, you agree to:

• Be respectful and kind to others, including the other person in a mediation session
• Maintain Islamic etiquette (adab) in all interactions
• Not submit content that is hateful, threatening, or harassing
• Not share personal information of others without consent
• Not use Sukoon to spam, promote, or share misleading content

Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited:

• Anything promoting violence or illegal activities
• Sexually explicit or inappropriate material
• Content that mocks or disrespects Islam
• Personal attacks or bullying
• Spam or commercial solicitation

Content Moderation

AI Moderation

Content you submit to AI features may be checked by automated moderation to keep sessions safe.

Reporting

You can report a problem or someone's behaviour through the feedback feature in the app.

Your Data & Access

Deleting Your Data

Sukoon works without an account, so there is no profile to delete. You can clear everything stored on your device by clearing the app's data in your device settings.

Restricting Access

We may restrict access to Sukoon's features for devices that repeatedly violate these terms.
